RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Elviore, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may make use of our return policy under the conditions set out below.
Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn;
- Be in its original condition;
- Be free from damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use;
- Be returned in its original packaging;
- Include any original labels and tags.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for return shipments lost during transit.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Worn socks;
- Washed products;
- Products whose packaging or seal has been removed where such seal is necessary for hygiene and health protection purposes.
Inspection of Returned Items
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will inspect the product to verify that it complies with the return conditions.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed in accordance with the procedure described below.
Refunds
Once the return has been approved, the purchase price of the returned product(s) will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Any original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via:

- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the product.
We will review the matter as quickly as possible and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Additional Return Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Worn socks;
- Washed products;
- Products damaged through use;
- Products from which labels or tags have been removed;
- Products missing their original packaging or with damaged packaging;
- Products for which any seal has been broken after delivery.
For hygiene reasons, socks may only be returned if they are unused, unworn, and in their original unopened packaging. If the packaging or seal has been opened, we reserve the right to refuse the return where the product is unsuitable for resale due to health protection or hygiene considerations.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at info@elviore.eu and provide your order number.
- You will receive instructions on how to return your order.
- Send the product back according to the provided instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your return request.
