    Article 1 – Definitions

    • Customer: Any natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with the Company.
    • Products: All goods offered and sold by the Company.
    • Agreement: Any agreement between the Company and the Customer.

    Article 2 – Applicability

    1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries of the Company.
    2. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
    3. Any deviations from these Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if confirmed in writing by the Company.

    Article 3 – Product Information

    1. The Company strives to present all product information, images, specifications, and prices as accurately as possible.
    2. Minor variations in color, dimensions, material texture, or finish may occur and shall not entitle the Customer to compensation or cancellation of the Agreement.
    3. Obvious errors or mistakes on the website shall not be binding on the Company.

    Article 4 – Formation of the Agreement

    1. An Agreement is formed once an order has been confirmed by the Company.
    2. The Company reserves the right to refuse an order or impose additional conditions without stating reasons.
    3. If a Product is found to be unavailable, the Customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

    Article 5 – Prices

    1. All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website.
    2. Taxes, import duties, customs charges, and other governmental fees may be payable by the Customer depending on the destination country.
    3. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

    Article 6 – Payment

    1. Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the website.
    2. The Company reserves the right to process an order only after full payment has been received.
    3. In cases of suspected fraud or misuse, the Company may require additional verification or cancel an order.

    Article 7 – Intellectual Property Rights

    1. All intellectual property rights relating to the website, designs, logos, images, texts, product names, and other content belong to the Company or its licensors.
    2. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content from the website without prior written consent.
    3. The purchase of Products does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

    2. It is prohibited to use the website in a manner that may cause damage to the Company, other users, or third parties.
    3. The Company reserves the right to block accounts or orders in cases of misuse.

    Article 9 – Liability

    1. The Company shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
    2. To the extent permitted by law, any liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, lost savings, or other economic losses is excluded.
    3. The total liability of the Company shall never exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant Product.

    Article 10 – Force Majeure

    1. The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    2. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, supplier failures, transportation disruptions, internet outages, and governmental measures.
    3. In the event of force majeure, the Company shall be entitled to suspend or terminate the performance of the Agreement.

    Article 11 – Warranty and Conformity

    1. The Company strives to supply Products that meet reasonable quality standards.
    2. Normal wear and tear, improper use, incorrect maintenance, or damage caused by the Customer are not covered by any warranty.
    3. Any complaints regarding defects must be reported to the Company within a reasonable period after discovery.

    Article 12 – Privacy and Data Protection

    1. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.
    2. By using the website, the Customer agrees to the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
    3. The Company takes appropriate measures to protect personal data.

    Article 13 – Complaints

    1. Complaints may be submitted via the email address provided on the website.
    2. The Company will handle and respond to complaints within a reasonable period.
    3. Submitting a complaint does not suspend any payment obligations.

    Article 14 – Severability

    If one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    Article 15 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    1. All Agreements between the Company and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
    2. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

    Article 16 – Amendments

    1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
    2. The most current version will always be published on the website.
    3. The version applicable to an Agreement shall be the version in effect at the time the order was placed.
